Accommodation
Delegates are to book their own accommodation online. A number of luxury and budget hotels are available near the conference venue. An accommodation web booking facility is operated by the NewcastleGateshead Convention Bureau. The arrangements for booking accommodation directly through the website is available until 26 October, after this date we cannot guarantee that rooms will be available through the website or at the conference rate. The nearest accommodation to the conference venue is the Premier Travel Inn, Newbridge Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8BS. All other accommodation is within a 10 – 20 minute walk to the University or is easily accessible by local transport routes (please see the travel section of the conference website).
